Expert Forum on Renal Cell Carcinoma & Bladder Cancer – Dallas, TX

Oncology Meeting Innovations’ (OMI’s) Expert Forum on Renal Cell Carcinoma and Bladder Cancer is a one-and-a-half-day meeting to discuss innovative, cutting edge ideas, tools and treatment strategies of RCC and bladder cancer in a think-tank style format. The meeting will bring together a select group of experts in the fields of RCC and bladder cancer for an open examination of new preclinical and translational data that will add to our knowledge and influence of practice over the coming years. The Expert Forum will have discussions on newly emerging preclinical and clinical data on new targets in GU maignancies, therapeutic challenges in treatment of RCC and bladder cancer and the role of immunotherapy in GU cancers moving forward. Additionally, the meeting will explore sequencing of therapies in RCC and Bladder Cancer.

  • Review approved drugs that target signaling pathways PDGFR, VEGF, mTOR, FLT-3 and VEGF in RCC
  • Discuss the integration of checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of RCC including novel inhibitors targeting IDO, CTLA4 and LAG3
  • Examine early stage development of antibody drug conjugates in RCC
  • Discuss the future of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitors in bladder cancer
  • Examine late stage development in targeting DNA and protein synthesis including antibody drug conjugates in bladder cancer
  • Evaluate early stage development of additional immune targets and checkpoint inhibitors including MAGE, IL2/15, OX40, IDO and CD105 in bladder cancer
  • Review the role of signaling pathways in bladder cancer including FGFR, mTOR, Tie1/2, cMET and BTK
