Shared Information:

Information the Company collects from all points of contact is shared within the Company to those within the Company who are required to have access to such information. Those Company employees with access to such information are carefully instructed on privacy and confidentiality policies and of their obligations when handling such data. Any potential or actual breach of security will be immediately investigated and properly remedied by the Company. Should it be found that confidential information was knowingly or recklessly disclosed with disregard of the Company policies by a Company employee, said employee may be held criminally liable and will be subject to Company disciplinary action.


The information provided may be combined with other personally identifiable information available from Company records and other sources. Paper copies of any personal or confidential information are kept in a secure filing area while electronic copies are saved on networks with restricted access. Personal and confidential information is stored by the Company for as much time as it is relevant to the business of the Company. When it becomes necessary to rid of paper copies of personal information, the material is disposed of securely by shredding.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Pursuant to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) guidelines, Dava Oncology LP does not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of 13 on its website. The content of is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Limitations of Liability

An individual using the Company's services or website understands and agrees that any dispute over privacy is subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy, including limitations on damages, and arbitration of disputes. The Company's liability for any breach of this privacy policy shall be limited to the value of the transactions or services provided by the company to the extent such claim is not otherwise barred by our terms and conditions.
